Eclectic CookeryOur commercial kitchen facility includes four prep areas, a central cooking area and separate bakery to accommodate multiple crews doing a variety of work.

The kitchen facility is 10,000 square feet, including refrigeration and storage spaces. It is available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Mobile Vender Commissary Services:

    Eclectic Cookery is home base for many mobile food facility operations.

    Commissary services include:
    • Use of our Health Department approved kitchen
    • Refrigeration and dry storage
    • Dishwashing facilities
    • Potable water intake and gray water discharge
    • Debris disposal
    • Recycling of cooking oil, paper, cans &c.
    • Composting of food scraps
    • Completion of commissary verification forms for multiple jurisdictions
