Commercial Kitchen Facilities
Our commercial kitchen facility includes four prep areas, a central cooking area and separate bakery to accommodate multiple crews doing a variety of work.
The kitchen facility is 10,000 square feet, including refrigeration and storage spaces. It is available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

- Mobile Vender Commissary Services:
Eclectic Cookery is home base for many mobile food facility operations.
Commissary services include:
- Use of our Health Department approved kitchen
- Refrigeration and dry storage
- Dishwashing facilities
- Potable water intake and gray water discharge
- Debris disposal
- Recycling of cooking oil, paper, cans &c.
- Composting of food scraps
- Completion of commissary verification forms for multiple jurisdictions
