Signing Up and Reserving Time
Initial Signup
Signing up is as easy as making a phone call or sending an email. If you wish to see our facility give us a call. We’ll give you a tour and you can see what we have to offer first hand. Visitors are welcome.
New customers need to provide proof of business liability insurance (if you don’t have it we can provide you with a list of insurance brokers who our customers have used). You will need to complete our rental agreement and pay a nominal security deposit plus our annual membership fee.
All customers work under Eclectic Cookery’s permit to operate from the City and County of San Francisco. We will provide documentation for your customers, clients, and locations as proof that you are working in our licensed and inspected facility.
Reserving Your Time:
Just call and give us the dates and times requested and the size of your crew. When we confirm the availability of the hours and time requested, we will schedule your use upon payment of a nominal deposit (applied or refunded as appropriate).
About “Production Operations”: Activities requiring the uninterrupted use of equipment or an extensive work area for long periods –food processing and canning, for examples- are production operations. Unlike caterers, who typically use a variety of equipment for brief periods, production operations usually require more space and continuous use of equipment. Eclectic Cookery has found that scheduling production work in our mixed-use facilities during the evening or early morning hours often best suits the needs of all of our customers.
