Our three commissary locations, plus an inspected storage facility, totaling 17,000+ square feet offers professional grade equipment with refrigeration, dry storage, and a food truck service area. Eclectic stands alone as the longest established, largest and best equipped business of its type.
Kitchen #1: Our custom designed 10,600 square feet flagship facility (built in 2017), is in the historic Hunters Point Shipyard in San Francisco's Bayview District. Its three cooking lines, separate bakery, multiple prep spaces, ample dry and cold storage accommodate a great variety of food businesses. The food truck/cart service yard provides easy access to potable and cleaning water, grey water discharge, recycling, composting, cooking oil and debris disposal. This kitchen meets the needs of mobile vendors for servicing their trucks/carts as well as kitchen time and storage.
Kitchen #2: Also in Hunters Point Shipyard, this 2550 square foot kitchen serves mainly caterers with cooking, refrigeration and dry storage capacity. It is also home to Ujaama Cooperative Kitchen, not for profit En2Action's culinary training program.
Kitchen #3: This 2000 square foot facility, located 5 minutes from the Shipyard, serves food processors such as bakers, juicers and beverage brewers not requiring open flame cooking appliances.
Inspected storage warehouse: Located in the same complex as Kitchen #3, this 2600 square foot facility is inspected by the California Dept. of Public Health for warehousing of food products. Commissary customers also store bulk supplies and catering equipment in this location.
